Introduction to Floating Support Service

North West Leicestershire District Council operates in the heart of the East Midlands managing over 1000 Supported Housing properties and an ever-growing emergency lifeline service through our own 24 hour control centre.

Piper Lifeline

If you would like to remain in your home but feel you would benefit from some reassurance in an emergency, you can have a Lifeline installed.
These Lifelines are connected via your normal telephone direct to the 24/7 response alarm monitoring centre who will be happy to help and contact your key holders or emergency services.
The Lifeline is operated easily by a pendant worn either around the neck or wrist, which with one press will dial through to the operators.
Lifeline Assistive Technology
The Lifeline system provides 24 hour emergency cover so it can offer you and your family peace of mind and reassurance that help is on it's way when you need it.
